First of all, your bundts all look amazing. Love the chocolate (but fear the dishes), hope your grandma loved her cake, and how sweet to have minis for eating + sharing. Second, I love your list of bundts to bake. Sign me up for the Meyer Lemon and Cranberry - that's my kind of cake. I've been seeing Meyer Lemons at Fresh Market and Whole Foods, if you have either near you you might get lucky too.

Ooh, thanks for the reminder about the CI chocolate bundt. It's been quite a while since I've made that one. I really want a new bundt pan, too. I've been trying to decide which of the Nordic Ware pans to buy. I've been using my kugelhopf pan some, but like your pan, it's not the typical bundt shape, so I worry about things baking right.

And when you make the Double-Ginger Bundt...if the raw sugar bakes away, you might want to try the technique I used in my Pear Ginger Bundt (apply after baking with syrup).
