I'm late for work, but I really want to get this post up before I leave. It came down to commenting on papers or blogging. And I chose blogging. I decided I could conference rather than comment. Woo hoo! I'm determined to get back into the blogging swing. I have bunches of yummy things to post, and besides, I really miss reading all of the blogs. If I were honest, that's always been my favorite part of blogging.
Anyhoozles, I was super organized and I made these noodles last Friday. I didn't take the picture until Tuesday. So, what you see is actually the dregs of the noodles. My sister came into town last weekend to visit . . . and to go to the Elton John Billy Joel concert. This blogging thing has gotten me into trouble because instead of going out to dinner, people expect me to cook! EEK! I was trying to think of something that I could get together after work and these noodles came to mind. I love peanut sauce, and I would put it on just about anything, hence I love these noodles. I skipped the broccoli and used snap peas and carrots. The noodles are seriously delicious, and I'll definitely be revisiting this recipe! I served this with
Mary Ann's potstickers and dinner was a hit all around!

Oh that looks good. . love the limes as decoration. We loved this dish and I will definitely make it again!
haha, I skipped the peas and only used broccoli. We would have been a perfect pair eating this together. Yours looks great, and pot stickers sound like the perfect accompaniment.
I bet that concert was great! My boss took his wife on Saturday for their anniversary.
I hear ya...why is it that we have to be the ones who cook? I actually really enjoy going out! No dishes~

The blogging actually keeps me cooking although annoys everyone because they have to wait for their food until all photos have been taken.

Billy Joel and Elton John?! So jealous! My younger brother (who is only 18) went when they came through here; I tried to get him to take me as his date but no such luck. Sounded awesome from his description though :)
These look great, and I like carrots in the place of broccoli - seems like it would be a little easier to integrate with the past.
