Sorry, no tiramisu cake here today! I am in the throws of the end of the semester and all of the papers that accompany it. I will be finished with my first year at Georgetown on Wednesday and then on Thursday Lucy & I are heading down to Texas for some good 'ole R&R for a few weeks. My sis adores tiramisu so you'll probably see the cake pop up here sometime in the next three weeks. In the meantime (the next week or so) I apologize for not getting around to comment but I'm looking forward to reading all of the posts when I come up for air. So, go visit Megan's blog to check out the recipe for tiramisu cake. Even if you don't like tiramisu, visit her blog because it's great -- one of my favorites.

Good luck with all the end of the year stuff.

The tiramisu cake was sooo delicious. It is now my favorite TWD recipe, so definitely make it for your sister.

Best of luck sweet Jessica on your finals. My daughter is in her second year at the university and is also going through finals. She'll be moving to Arlington where she will complete her last two years at UT Arlington. But at least she's staying in Texas. Have a great homecoming and eat up all that Tex-Mex. :)

Hi Jessica,
To answer the Q you asked on my blog comment, I will never use that flavoring or the other ones. Too artificial tasting. I meant to pack them up and return them (all unopened except that one) but life intervened with a vengeance and they are still sitting on the dining room sideboard where they were summarily banished.

And did I see you signed up for the BBA Challenge? I'm sooo tempted but I don't know how I'd fit it in.

Good luck with all the craziness. I thought I'd left you a comment earlier but I must be hallucinating.

I hope all went well with your end-of-semester activities. What part of Texas will you be heading to? I live in the Austin area. Two of my sisters live in DC (all my family is in the northeast); one of them went to Georgetown for grad school.
